Terms of Service

Your data belongs to you. Our job is to look after it and put you in control.

Version: 27 September 2026. These Terms apply when you accept this version. They are between you and Nano Adventures LLC, an Indiana limited liability company and the operator of feedba.cc. Our current launch is focused on customers in the United States. This launch focus does not limit any mandatory rights that otherwise apply to you.

Our commitment to you

Your content is entrusted to us; it does not become our property. We aim to make staying, leaving and taking your information with you straightforward. Cancelling, exporting or exercising privacy rights is not a reason to penalise you.

Who may use the service

feedba.cc helps individuals and teams collect feedback, manage a roadmap and share updates. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you act for an organisation, you must have its authority. The service is not directed to children under 16. Do not use it for a child-directed service or to store highly sensitive regulated information unless we have expressly agreed appropriate safeguards.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the permissions you give teammates. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. We remain responsible for the obligations that apply to us.

Your content and our limited permission

As between you and us, you and your contributors retain the ownership and other rights you hold in submitted content, including requests, comments, files and updates. Uploading content does not assign intellectual property to us. You must have a lawful basis and any necessary permission to provide information about other people.

You give us a non-exclusive permission to host, store, transmit, format, back up and otherwise process that content only as needed to provide the features you request, protect the service, meet our legal obligations and carry out your instructions. Our service providers may process it for those same limited purposes under appropriate obligations. This is not a permission to sell your content, advertise using it, or use it to train a general-purpose AI model.

That permission ends when the content has been deleted from the relevant systems, except to the limited extent retention or processing is legally required. Retained information remains protected and is not put back into ordinary use. We do not claim a perpetual commercial licence.

Submitting feedback about feedba.cc itself lets us consider and implement the suggestion without an obligation to pay for it. You still own your submitted material; this does not transfer an invention, confidential information or other rights to us.

Sharing, workspaces and AI tools

Workspace owners choose who can administer their workspace. Public content can be viewed and copied by others. Private content is restricted by the service's permissions, while authorised personnel and providers may access it where necessary to operate, support or secure the service.

An AI connection is optional. It accesses only the workspace, requests and actions you authorise. You can revoke future access. Revocation cannot retract copies already sent to your chosen provider or undo actions you approved. Review your provider's terms and the permissions before connecting it. We do not promise that another provider deletes, retains or uses information in the same way we do.

The manual build-prompt feature remains available on Starter. You decide whether and where to paste an exported prompt. Always review suggested changes before relying on them.

Plans, trials and payments

The introductory prices are Starter at USD 1.99 per workspace per month and AI Connect at USD 2.99 per workspace per month in total. AI Connect includes Starter; it is not an additional USD 2.99 charge. Each workspace includes up to five internal teammates. Public feedback participants do not need a paid subscription.

An eligible first subscription has one 30-day trial and requires a payment method. The checkout shows the selected plan, recurring price and first charge date. Unless you cancel before that date, the subscription renews monthly until cancelled. There is no second trial on a plan change. Any applicable tax or additional charge must be disclosed before you commit to it.

We keep your agreed recurring base rate while you continuously remain on the same plan. A different catalogue price does not silently change that subscription. A voluntary switch uses the price and billing date shown for your explicit confirmation. Your existing trial or billing date is preserved, and the current plan-change flow adds no immediate prorated charge or credit. Rejoining after cancellation uses the offer you accept at that time.

You can cancel through Account & billing without a call, retention interview or mandatory explanation. Cancellation stops renewal and normally leaves access available until the end of the trial or paid period. Cancelling does not itself delete your workspace.

Refunds and your statutory rights

Nothing here removes a cooling-off right, refund, repair, price reduction, damages claim or other protection the law gives you. If you believe a charge is mistaken or the service has failed to meet its obligations, contact billing@feedba.cc and we will investigate and correct it where appropriate.

For ordinary cancellation after a correctly disclosed renewal, access continues through the paid period; we do not automatically refund that period. We will consider reasonable refund requests fairly. If we discontinue your paid service for our convenience, we will refund the unused prepaid portion. Deleting a workspace ends access immediately; the confirmation explains this before you proceed. It does not waive any right to a refund.

If a consumer cancellation period applies to your purchase, you can exercise it by a clear statement to billing@feedba.cc; no special form is required. Starting a trial or using the service does not by itself waive a statutory cancellation right. We will not impose a deduction for early service unless the law permits it and any required request, disclosure and consent were obtained.

Exporting, leaving and deleting

You can export your own personal data and, as workspace owner, your workspace data from the data controls. Exports use readable JSON and CSV, in a ZIP archive with available attachments. Any missing file is identified in the archive manifest. We do not require an active paid plan to use those controls or charge an exit fee.

Export before confirming deletion. Workspace deletion affects everyone using that workspace. Account deletion does not authorise destruction of workspaces owned by others. We help resolve ownership and third-party rights where these affect a request; they do not remove your right to contact us privately about your information.

Deleting a workspace stops its use, revokes connected AI access and initiates cancellation of future subscription charges and cleanup. The status shows progress and failures. We do not call a pending deletion complete. Removing a record from the app is distinct from deleting the underlying uploaded file or a provider backup.

Some billing, legal, security or request-handling records may have to remain for a documented, limited purpose. We explain applicable exceptions and provider-dependent work. These records are restricted and are not a way to retain your workspace for commercial use. Backup remnants must remain outside ordinary use and must not be restored as active customer data.

Cancellation alone does not trigger an immediate content purge. We provide at least 30 days after paid or trial access ends for export, and advance notice of any planned closure. We do not silently shorten that window. The service does not currently run an automatic purge of cancelled workspaces. You may request deletion at any time instead.

Fair use and service protection

Do not use feedba.cc unlawfully, distribute malware, abuse others, infringe their rights, defeat access controls or deliberately disrupt the service. We may take proportionate action to protect people, meet the law or address a material breach. Where it is safe and lawful, we explain the reason and give you a chance to respond or correct the problem.

We do not suspend access to export or privacy controls merely because you cancel or dispute a charge. A narrowly necessary security or legal restriction may affect a specific export; we will offer a safe route and explain the restriction where allowed.

Availability, responsibility and disputes

We will exercise reasonable care and skill. Software can experience interruptions and errors. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that an AI-assisted suggestion is correct. Please keep copies of information important to you; this does not release us from our own security, data protection or contractual duties.

We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, deliberate wrongdoing, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. We also do not use these Terms to remove statutory remedies or data protection rights. Responsibility for other losses is determined under applicable law; there is no hidden mandatory arbitration agreement or class-action waiver in these Terms.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem. You remain free to contact a regulator, obtain advice or bring a claim in a court available under applicable law. No foreign-law or forum clause in these Terms removes a consumer's mandatory local protections.

Changes

Material changes will be communicated in advance, normally at least 30 days before they apply. A shorter period may be needed for a legal requirement or urgent security issue, which we will explain where possible. We will not retroactively expand our rights to your content. If a change requires consent, we will ask for it. You can cancel and export before a change takes effect, and existing contractual and statutory rights remain protected.

Privacy, data processing and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. The Data Processing Addendum applies when we process personal data on your organisation's behalf. A privacy notice is information, not blanket consent to optional analytics or marketing.
